Jiro-Ve receives clean energy investment I&P/Miarakap

We are thrilled to announce Jiro-Ve received a clean energy investment of I&P/Miarakap. With this investment Jiro-Ve will grow it´s network of franchisees to 250 franchisees over the next 5 years. Through the creation of this employment crucial business skills will be transferred to the local economy and as a result poverty levels will be reduced.

This network will be serving a minimum of 40.000 customers who will enjoy the benefits of clean and renewable energy instead of having to use polluting and dangerous candles and kerosene.

As Jiro-Ve we are proud to partner up with Miarakap who is the first impact investment fund in Madagascar.
Faced with the financing difficulties faced by Malagasy Small and Medium Enterprises, Miarakap provides an innovative financing solution, tailored to their needs.

Miarakap provides active and personalized support according to the specific needs of each company: formalization of management, strengthening of the organization, increase in technical and managerial skills, acceleration of commercial development, etc.

Beyond its profitability objectives, Miarakap’s mission is also to support companies capable of generating positive social, economic or / and environmental impacts.

The program is one of the six initiatives financed by the French Development Agency through Digital Africa, a €15 million seed fund to help support and finance African startups.
